Eco Groves

Eco Groves is one among several hundred hotels in this quaint hill station of Manali; still the story of its making is different. There was an old cow shed earlier at the place of this hotel which was dismantled to have a permanent structure. Next year a globally reputed travel company Kuoni approached the household to use this place to start Kuoni Academy of tourism and travel education and the old cow shed got double storey structure. In 2014, this building got two more stories and converted into a hotel named “Eco Groves”. During the construction “Eco” was the word of motivation so this hotel uses minimum electricity which is below 40 KVA and the ceramic tiles and colors used in this hotel is completely eco friendly. The hotel has total 20 well finished rooms including a 3 room cottage at the top which overlooks the valley and windows open to mighty Rohtang Pass. From no other place you have the access to such wide area of entire Kullu valley starting from the one corner to another covering around 50 Kms of valley. The River Beas flows at a distance but clearly visible and the highest waterfall of Manali is just in front of your window. More of all, Eco Groves is 3 Kms out from the hustle and bustle of city on Manali- Naggar road where 3 acres of apple orchards surround the property with its green and healthy environment.
